Eastham Cottage
In the Fall of 2010 Ambrose Homes lifted and moved a cottage located on Cape Cod Bay in Eastham. After the move was complete , a helical pier/concrete foundation was installed along with two additions.

Cottage is lifted and placed on steel and cribbing. Existing foundation is removed. -

House sits in new location. Helical Piers are being driven to support concrete columns. -

After all Helical Piers are installed, concrete columns are poured to support the cottage. -
